The Stinson EPDM 21 in. Rubber Tie-Down Strap is multi-purposeful. It is constructed of a strong, weather-resistant natural and synthetic rubber blend with reinforced moulded hook inserts. Galvanized steel "S" hooks make for great tie downs for tarps, cars, trucks and trailers.
